Spaghetti Squash Casserole

I’m super excited to be sharing this recipe for my favorite family-friendly Spaghetti Squash Casserole. It’s Sugar-Detox friendly, easy, and delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash cooked and seeds removed

  • 1-2 lbs ground beef (I usually use 2 lbs)

  • 4oz-8oz of cream cheese (depends how cheesy your people need it to be to eat it😂)

  • 1 jar marinara 

  • ~1 cup grated mozzarella cheese for the topping

DIRECTIONS


1. Mix spaghetti squash, ground beef, cream cheese, and marinara together and pour into greased Pyrex.

2. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 (until cheese is bubbly and melted).
