Krystal Pister, CHP began her journey in health and wellness to help her son with autism, and two daughters with severe allergies. Her pursuit led her to have a deep passion for finding holistic ways to heal the body, mind and spirit in order to help God's people feel and be at their very best. Her lifelong career of teaching and instructional coaching learners of all ages was a catalyst for her to pursue her current role as a Christian Health Practitioner. She has experience supporting clients with disordered eating, allergies, and digestive challenges and loves helping them find freedom. In addition to the Lord and health, she loves running, coaching cross country and her husband of 32 years, along with their 6 kids and 2 grandchildren.
