  • Yes Team Fish oil. But again, get a practitioner to vet the product.

  • If it tastes fishy or you burp it up, its already old or rancid.

  • Yes, to cycling. Maybe 5 days on, 2 days off. Or a week on, week off. Gives the body time to utilize the nutrients.
