  • Today we’re talking about SoulCore which unitss prayer with movement. I discovered Soulcore because several of their leaders have been part of my programs. In fact we have 3 members from the soulcore family as students in The School of Christian Health and Nutrition studying to be CHPs. So I’ve gotten to know them and We share this love and passion for integrating health in spirit, mind and body and they have created a beautiful way to do that through Soulcore. I’m delighted to have their founders with us here today.

  • First and foremost, SoulCore is about prayer.

  • The movement portion is largely up to the participant.
