It’s here, it’s here! The season of love and giving and wonderful expectation of the birth of our Lord. I enjoy sharing some of my most favorite things to get and to give. I hope it gives you some ideas for the gift-buying season!

Life Size Buddy The Elf Posterboard

This was the most fun thing I bought last year! It made my whole family laugh and smile every time we turned the corner to see Buddy (sometimes it scared the pants off us too! LOL). If you love the movie Elf and watch it 1000 times every Christmas season like we do, then you will love this totally unnecessary but super fun gift to yourself! You can find it on Amazon here.

Faith-Based Workout Shirts

I’ve been into “wearing The Word” this year. I have about 5 of these shirts from Cross Training Couture. They put some pep in my step when I work out! The owners are so nice and gave me a code to share with you. If you use Chelsea you’ll get 15% off every order! Check out the Encouragrams while you’re there. I love sending them out to people. See all they have to offer here.

Gourmet Organic Mushroom Coffee

Mushroom coffee is all the hype right now which is perfect since it’s a serious immune booster! Reishi (ganoderma) has been used medicinally for thousands of years. Studies show that it boosts immune function, fights cancer, lowers inflammation and reduces anxiety and depression. I’ve been observing other practitioners use this successfully with clients to improve thyroid, skin, fatigue and hormonal conditions.

The King Coffee is the top of the line and my current obsession. It comes in little individual packets that you mix with hot water. That took a little getting used to for this coffee snob but it tastes great. You could give (or keep!) the whole box or use the individual packets as part of care packages or stocking stuffers. Read more about the coffee here.

Dry Brush Set

Dry brushing is a fantastic detoxification habit to get into. It stimulates lymphatic flow and exfoliates the skin. It can help improve cellulite as well. A win for both inside and out! Start at your feet and brush in upward strokes. Always brush toward your heart - outward in.

This is my favorite Beautycounter holiday set this year. It comes with the brush, an organic, fine milled sugar scrub and body hydration oil. As always, Beautycounter sources the cleanest ingredients.

Step 1: Dry Brush before shower

Step 2: Exfoliate in shower

Step 3: Apply body oil after shower.

Do this routine 2-3 times a week as part of your detox and skin care routine. Perfect gift for yourself, your mom, your coworker or your girlfriend! I’m afraid this set will be one of the first to run out so order early! You can see the video of how to dry brush here.

Bread Maker

My mom gave this to me for my birthday and I have been a gluten-free bread making machine since I got it! (Haha, see what I did there?) I love that it has a gluten-free setting on it and that it’s super easy to use. The smell of bread baking is so scrumptious and homey. I did a blogpost with the recipe and flour I use here. You can find the breadmaker on Amazon here.

Hamburger Patty Press

My husband requested one of these after using it at a friend’s house. We make a lot of grass-fed burgers around here and pressing them out makes them more uniform and easy to handle for cooking. You can press a bunch at a time and freeze extras to pop out for a quick mid-week meal. We love topping bunless burgers with sauteed onions, avocado and cheese for an easy low-carb meal. Don’t forget to buy the parchment papers to go along with this. You sandwich the meat between the papers when you press it which makes for easy handling, freezing and clean-up. Our kids are pros at making hamburger patties! Find it here on Amazon.

I use these every day - game changer for brighter, more even skin. Both are gentle yet effective and made without all of the toxic chemicals that come in so many other products.

Use the Vitamin C Serum in the morning and the Resurfacing Peel at night. Perfect duo! See them here

The Jellies

I love these. My daughter loves these. My niece loves these. My girlfriends love these. I even sent this set to a bride with “wishes for many sweet kisses for a long, happy life together.”

They’re like your cleaner, adulting version of LipSmackers. The shades are universally flattering and come in five delicious flavors: Cocoa, Caramel, Peppermint, Sorbet, and Honey. Buy here.

Revive Essential Oils

I still love Young Living and I know Doterra is good as well, but I’ve incorporated Revive Essential Oils because they are great quality and a great price. I’m obsessed with their coffee blends (like Peppermint Latte, Copaiba and Coffee) and the Holiday Blends Kit is perfect for the Christmas season!

Everything Beautiful in Its Time

I’m buying this for both my mom and my mother-in-love. This has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with prioritizing family and living life fully. It will make you want to stop everything and love your people harder. I actually listened on Audible and got both teary and smiley within the first five minutes. Lots of great life lessons, letters, scripture and stories. An easy and enjoyable read for all generations. See more on Amazon here.

The Shaker

This makes the list every year because it’s so popular and it’s SO easy to add into your daily routine. It’s good for bone density, lymphatic flow, increased circulation and boosting metabolism. I’ve had several friends comment how they get “hot and itchy” in some of their fat pockets (inner thigh, stomach, love handles) because this thing is stimulating those spots. You can work out on it but, honestly, I just stand on it for bonus movement while I’m doing things on my phone. It’s so easy to incorporate into your day. Put it in your office, in front of the tv, anywhere you could hop on for a quick 10 minute shake. It’s wonderful for elderly people who need help boosting circulation. They don’t have to stand on it if balance is of concern, they can sit in a chair with their legs on it to get movement flowing. See it here.

Treadmill Desk

This is my most favorite gift that I received last year. I have it in my office and hop on during phone and zoom appointments or any time I can be moving instead of sitting. I walk imperceptibly slow, but it’s amazing how the time flies by and the steps add up. Great investment for your long term health! See more here.

Weezie Spa Robe

I bought this piped, monogrammed spa robe for myself last year and I absolutely love it. It makes me feel fancy in my own bathroom - LOL. Use the Dry Brush Set, make yourself some cucumber water and put on this robe and just tell me if you don’t feel fabulous! See more here.
