Julie Wolthuis, CHP, knows first-hand how discouraging it is when you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” for your health and it’s just not working anymore. She also knows how it feels to leave a doctor’s office feeling disappointed, discouraged, and even dismissed. Initially she joined the School of Christian Health and Nutrition for herself and her family, but all she learned ended up igniting a desire to help others.
In the church we often hear about stewarding our time, treasures (money), and talents. We rarely hear about stewarding our wellness. My desire is to help others to grow in knowledge and confidence in stewarding their own health and wellness in order to serve God and further His Kingdom. Join me in the journey of stewarding wellness!
