She focuses on functional nutrition, balanced exercise, chiropractic care, pelvic floor therapy, and root-cause healing modalities to achieve some of her best health ever! At the core of her health journey is God. His hand on her heart to grow her spiritually and laying amazing resources in front of her is unmistakable!
