Shelly is a licensed speech-language pathologist and a certified Christian health practitioner. After being sick and tired of being sick and tired, Shelly started on a health and wellness journey of her own. She believes God led her to Chelsea's podcast, The Christian Health Club Podcast and, subsequently, to the Christian Health Nutrition School. While enrolled in the CHP program, she enlisted the help of a CHP for her personal guidance and learned that she was very deficient in important nutritional elements (calcium, sodium, magnesium and potassium). Her CHP helped her with this challenge, along with many other challenges, and she now has more energy than she has had in years! Now, Shelly is excited to help others with their own personal health and wellness journeys!
