Lara Austin is a dedicated Christian Health Practitioner. Narrow Path Family wellness is founded in helping families understand that God made our bodies good, as well as how to use our bodies and all of God's good creations to steward our lives well. Lara has had a passion for health and wellness since she became a mom 13 years ago. After going through a life threatening health scare as a young child, being a mom to 4 and trying to live a more natural and holistic lifestyle, as well as just recently going through toxic mold as a family she is determined and dedicated to helping other families pursue health in a way that is dependent on God’s good gifts through all of His creation.
God made us to be in community with one another, we need each other to encourage, build one another up, carry our burdens and pray over one another. Our cultural world can be a scary and isolating place even when it comes to health and wellness. Lara wants to break the chains of the modern health system and walk along this health journey with you to encourage you, pray for you! As well as to help give you practical and achievable solutions that will help steward your body as a mom well so you can live out your purpose God has called you to, to the fullest. Lara will help walk with you in your health and healing journey that is unique and specific to how the Lord created you and what your symptoms, assessments show and develop a personalized plan specifically for you and your goals. 🙌
