Through the Nutrition Therapy Association and the School of Christian Health and Nutrition programs, Monica has gotten the knowledge to guide you with love, compassion, and personalized dedication to help you achieve your health goals. She has created individual and group programs for men and women in middle age and up for clients who need help with weight loss, inflammation, blood sugar regulation, type 2 diabetes, heart health, detoxification, peri and menopause for women, and so much more! All her programs are given in both English and Spanish.
