      • Get sunlight exposure within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning to re-set your circadian rhythm.

    • Increase omega 3 fatty acids

    • Decrease omega 6 fatty acids

      • When you eat them, focus on real food sources: nuts and seeds.

    • Balance hormones.
