  •  Switching the narrative and the way we see our bodies.

  • Our bodies want to help up, they are not against us.

  • Are we listening to the stories that our body is telling us?

  • Emotions are a chemical responses to an internal or external trigger

  • What truth are we embodying?

  • Are partnering with our flesh or our spirit?

  • Our soul is the gateway

 (17:07) Relationship to God - Talk about overcoming the view of God as handing out sickness to teach a lesson:

  • The fault with taking a situation, and giving God the good and the best

  • God is not the author of sin.

  • The enemy loves blaming our sickness on God.

  • God is the healer.

  • We were not created to bear high levels of pressure for long periods of time. When we normalize a frantic way of life, there’s no reason to challenge that way of living.

  • Soon enough, worry and anxiety become rites of passage and places that lead to exhaustion.

  • Transformation from body dismorphia

    • Survival mode

  • We speak life or death out of our mouth

  • Unforgiveness

  • Deadly Emotions

  • Discernment in sharing your journey

  • Standing on faith through the pain

(40:46) How DO we take thoughts captive? Can we fake it til we make it?

  • Knowing and feeling are different.

  • Radical faith

  • Kindess process

  • God is the Healer.

    • He’s not into pain management. He’s a pain taker.

  • What truth are you embodying by the way that you show up in the world?

  • The actions we take follow the thoughts we think.
