151: Healing Hormones Naturally with Dr Beth Cook

Many women who struggle with their hormones feel so lost and frustrated. They want to get their health on track but are given such limited (and often terrible) options by their doctors. Things like - birth control, HRT, a hysterectomy, depression meds or even being told they’re totally fine when they’re not.

In this week’s episode Dr Beth Cook and I talk about what to address when it comes to your hormones instead of band-aiding it with prescriptions or surgery.
