159: Renew Your Mind, Transform Your Body with Life Coach Tana Inskeep
When it comes to improving health, most people know what to do, they just don’t do it. That’s a mind issue, not a body issue. We have to transform our minds before we can transform our bodies because our mind tells our body what to do. That’s where life coaching comes in.
If you have ever had a life coach, wanted a life coach or wondered - what IS a life coach? - you’ll love this week’s podcast with Coach Tana. She shows us how to reframe self-sabotaging thoughts, move beyond black and white thinking, and stop the vicious shame cycle that prevents us from achieving our health goals. This is the Mind part of Spirit, Mind, Body and we must do the work, y’all. Come listen!
EPISODE 159: Renew Your Mind, Transform Your Body with Life Coach Tana Inskeep
Show Notes
(0:00) Intro
Hello my friend welcome back to the club how are you today?
I don’t think people even realize that they’re having certain thoughts that are leading them to actions that don’t align with who they want to be and what they want to do. But you catch them - I think that’s the value of having a 1:1 life coach - is that you help expose those thoughts when maybe I couldn’t recognize them for myself - or the impact of them.
Welcome Tana to the CHC podcast!
(2:22) Tell us a little bit about you.
Standing in the gap between faith and personal growth with life coaching.
(3:35) What do life coaches do?
Coaches help people to get from where they are now, to where they want to be.
