171: Foundational Protocol FAQ
I am about to guide a client group through a detox protocol that I have found to be incredibly effective and powerful. In this week’s podcast, I’m explaining what that is and how we go about it. I’m answering your most pressing questions like:
What it does
How long it takes
How much it costs
What to eat while you’re going through it
What you can expect along the way
Most everyone can benefit from this kind of protocol (ever taken an antibiotic? been exposed to a toxin? eaten a poor diet? relied on over-the-counter or prescription medications? You are a good candidate!)
Listen in to hear the details and consider joining us!
EPISODE 171: Foundational Protocol FAQ
Show Notes
(0:00) Intro
Hello my friend! Welcome back to the club, how are you today?
I’m about to take a group of clients through the 4-month Cellcore Foundational Protocol and thought this would be a good time to talk through some details and explanation of what that is.
This protocol takes 4 months so we’ll start in September and end in December. I am opening this group up to people both inside and outside the CHC.
(3:45) Overview of the protocol:
This is a 4-month, 4-step supplement protocol that addresses the gut, liver, the immune system.
It focuses on drainage, detoxification, pathogen eradication and mitochondrial function which supports the body’s ability to repair cells and tissues and reduce inflammation.
These are all things that are foundational to the overall health of your body. .
. Cellcore is like its own mini university for practitioners, and I am continually blown away by the depth of their research and their cutting edge approach.
Why I rarely run GI MAPS anymore and why verybody can benefit from a gut protocol.
Liver flukes
Overgrowth of bacteria
(12:20) Step 1: Drainage
Before we kill, we drain. Month The #1 most CRITICAL step - is making sure the drainage pathways are open.
We can’t start power purging pathogens and toxins unless the drainage pathways are open.
If things can’t exit the body efficiently, they recirculate and that’s worse than not doing the detox at all.
We start supporting mitochondrial function from the get go. Mitochondria are the energy factories in your cells.
There are trillions of mitochondria throughout the body and if they are sluggish, if they can’t do their job right, then how are your intestines, your liver, your heart, your adrenals, your thyroid - how is any of that going to work right if the mitochondria aren’t working?
In this first Step we’re supporting drainage, we’re supporting cellular function overall and this alone also starts the detox process because when your detox organs work better, they have the energy to do their job, they start doing it more efficiently - the wheels start turning, things start cranking so just by focusing on energy in the cells we are promoting detoxification.
(15:30) Role of binders & how Cellcore binders differ
Each step of this process has a binder, they get stronger and more aggressive at pulling toxins as we proceed through the protocol and they are formulated to target different kinds of toxins.
We start with Biotoxin binder which is a broad spectrum binder
Then move to ViRadChem which targets viruses, radiation and chemicals
Then to HMET which is heavy metals and environmental toxins - that’s a heavy hitter and one we use for pulling glyphosate from the tissue.
Cellcore binders is that they are systemic. A lot of traditional binders like charcoal or bentonite clay stay localized in the gut but the Cellcore binders go systemic - meaning they help bind toxins everywhere not just in your gut.
These Cellcore binders and almost all of their products use carbon technology. Carbon technology is a new frontier in the land of supplementation
The beautiful thing is that it is a product of nature. It’s made when microbes decompose old plant material in the presence of oxygen and turn it into this very nutrient-rich dirt with fulvic and humic acid extracts - which IS the magic of this carbon technology. They’re composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Those are the same three elements that make up about 96% of the body - so this all interfaces well and is very - what we would call - bioavailable. That’s as brain melty as we’ll get today ok - Within these fulvic and humic acids there are:
60+ minerals and trace elements
Amino acids
Enzymes
Free radical scavengers
Natural antibiotics
Natural antivirals
Natural fungicides
They help nourish the good bacteria in the gut
It helps keep the right balance of minerals. If you’ve got too much iron or copper - which can be toxic in excess - it’s going to help regulate that. Isnt’ that cool?
(22:25) Steps 2-4:
Step 2 is Gut and Immune
Step 3 is whole body immune support and
Step 4 is systemic Detox.
4 steps, 4 months an average of 4 supplements per month - a different set each month. They build momentum up to that systemic detox and we’re supporting gut, liver and immune plus all of your organs at a cellular level, the entire way through.
Each month costs about $250-$300 - ouch, I know. This is definitely a commitment of time, intention and money - so you have to come into it fully committed.
(25:55) There are two routes you can take to do this with me.
I offer a 1:1 option which is more personalized and individual - we meet regularly while you’re going through the protocol and you have ongoing email access or even text, I really don’t mind texting with my 1:1 clients who are actively going through a protocol.
The 1:1 option is about $300 (as of this recording) and I understand this can be a lot when you’re already spending so much on the supplements and, again, when you add in the testing, it’s a lot.
That’s why I’m starting this group option.
You can join the group for only $50 and we’ll have a monthly Zoom call so you can ask questions and I can explain what to expect with that month’s set of supplements. And that’s $50 total - not $50 a month. If you’re already in The Christian Health Club - this is included in your membership so you don’t need to do anything else you’re set.
(27:45) What about diet?
How do I need to eat when I’m going through the protocol? My answer is the way we eat in F2F, because that’s how I eat. It’s pretty healthy but not perfect.
I’ve definitely have had sweets and wine while doing protocols like this - would it be more ideal not to? Yes. But again, it’s not a dealbreaker.
I do highly recommend staying gluten free because gluten can make your gut leaky - it can interfere with those tight junctions in the small intestinal lining and lead to food sensitivities and autoimmune conditions.
I generally avoid soy as well, minimize dairy - some people may need to cut out dairy.
The cleaner you eat, the more you’re going to optimize how effective the protocol is - but you don’t have to be a saint.
(29:27) Closing thoughts:
I’ll be sending more details to my Sunday Sendout list - I send an email out every Sunday.

Feast 2 Fast kicks off this week, we’re gearing up for the Foundational Protocol. Tis the season. Back to school and back to health. We’re doing all the things. Let’s reeducate our body, mind and spirit about what it needs to be healthy.
