172: Kids, Sports & Nutrition with Holly Morello, NTP

When Holly Moreno’s family started seeing the transformation in her health and fitness, her son asked her to help him optimize his sports nutrition so that he could win regionals. When others started seeing HIS transformation in physique and performance, they started asking Holly for her advice too. What started as one mom seeking better health organically led to a ripple effect of influence and a new career as an NTP.

In this week’s episode, Holly and I are talking about dietary strategies to optimize kids’ sports performance and health in general. Listen in for some insight, inspiration and good tips. And, spoiler alert!, he won regionals!🏆

P.S. Holly’s recording cut off after the Anchor meal. Her Anchor Verse is Proverbs 17:22 and you can connect with her at https://nourishingexcellence.com/ or @nourishingholly
