Cantaloupe Popsicles
π If you read my summer journal, you saw that I lived for the cantaloupe. π§‘
Fresh cantaloupe is incredible on itβs own, but if you want to shake things up try out this easy low sugar cantaloupe popsicle to beat the August heat! βοΈ

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cantaloupe (medium, peeled, deseeded and chopped)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsps Canned Coconut Milk (full fat)
2 tbsps Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups. Add popsicle sticks, and transfer them to the freezer. All them to set overnight. Enjoy!
