2022 Holiday Gift Guide

‘Tis the season for love and giving! Check out some of my favorite things that may be a great gift idea for you or someone on your list. You can listen to this podcast episode to hear me go into deeper details about these gift options!

Stanley Quencher

My husband gave me the 40 oz Stanley Quencher for Christmas last year and I’ve used it almost every day since. (he has one too and loves it!) I have a lot of cups but this one is by far my favorite! They are a hot item so might be hard to find as it gets closer to Christmas. Click here to check it out.

Calyan Candle

My friend and CFO Kristen sent this to me as a gift. It’s made of soy wax (less toxic!) and the company donates 5% of their revenues to Traffic911 - a nonprofit that benefits survivors of human trafficking. This blend smells divine! Check out their candles here.

Sonic Face Brush & Countertime Lipid Defense Cleansing Oil

I’ve never had anything make my face feel so smooth as using the combo of this sonic face brush and the lipid defense oil. This face brush is actually a dupe of MUCH more expensive version but works just as great.

Click here to check out the sonic face brush and here to check out the lipid cleansing oil.

Calamity Jane’s Farm Soap

Calamity Jane makes most of her soap with goats milk (she milks the goats herself!) but she also makes a few versions with our grassfed beef tallow. We use her soap everyday and she has the cutest Grinch version for Christmas! Perfect for stocking stuffers and hostess gifts.

Check out the variety of soap options plus her gift sets here.

Beauty Counter Mini Sets

Clean Polished Mini Sets

If you want to try the Beautycounter lipid defense oil or their foaming cleanser - check out this mini set. It also comes with their new exfoliating polish. Beautycounter’s holiday gifts sets are a great way to try out a variety of products at once so you can start refining your beauty routine with cleaner products and less toxins!

Multi Masker Mini Set

If you’re going to use a mask that sits and dries on your face - PLEASE choose one without toxic ingredients! This holiday set gives you two options. The Beautycounter Charcoal Mask (one of my longtime favorites - made with salicylic and lactic acids) and the Mini Reflect AHA Smoothing Facial Mask (made with glycolic and phytic acid plus bamboo). I alternate between the two!

Popcorn Air Popper

My kids got this as a gift for Christmas last year and they use it ALL the time. It’s so much more economical and healthy than using the microwave popcorn bags. I buy organic corn kernels to avoid genetically modified corn and they add lots of melted butter and salt after its cooked. Yum! Get it on Amazon here.

Jesus “I Saw That” sign

I have one of these in my kitchen and one of these in my boys’ room and it just cracks me up. 😂 It fits right over any standard door frame and would make a great jokester gift, stocking stuffer or hostess gift. Or just hang them around your house and see if anyone notices. 🤣 You can find them on Etsy here.

Grounding Joggers

Did you hear the podcast I did about the importance of getting electrons into your body? (listen to it here) The best way is to have your bare feet in the dirt, grass, sand or concrete. Most shoes block the flow of electrons unless you get grounding shoes which are made with conductive elements that still allow you to pick up electrons. Last year’s gift guide included my favorite grounding sandals which I wore all summer. Now I want something I can wear in the winter. Harmony 783 has some great options including joggers, hiking shoes and ballet flats! Check them out here.

The Earth Prescription

If you want to learn more about grounding, read The Earth Prescription. It’s one of my favorite health books I read this year! Find it on Amazon here.

The Still Workout Pass

The Still Workout is a “Bible Study meets Body” experiences that focuses on strength, stretching, fascia release, breathing and postural alignment all while the leader speaks Scripture over you and into you. It’s lovely. I interviewed the founder on podcast episode 175 (listen here) and many listeners went on to try and enjoy The Still Workout. You can buy individual class passes for $10 or various monthly passes. This would be a great present for a friend, sister, mom, daughter or for yourself to do something great for your body and spend time with the Lord. Buy a Still pass here.

Cellcore Foundational Detox Protocol

This is my favorite “big gun” detoxification protocol. It’s a 4-month, 4-step Gut Health and Detoxification Protocol designed to address drainage, detoxification, mitochondria, gut terrain and immune function. Most everyone can benefit from this kind of protocol (ever taken an antibiotic? been exposed to a toxin? eaten a poor diet? relied on over-the-counter or prescription medications? had a vaccine? You are a great candidate for this!). Our next group detox starts in January - an awesome way to reset for the new year. This would be a great present to yourself or to someone you know needs a serious overhaul. To find out more information - listen to this podcast, watch this Zoom Q&A and get on my email list for information on how to join us. You can create a Cellcore account here and using code cAydJR57.
