🍹With the weather heating up it is the perfect time to cool off with this refreshing anti-inflammatory golden smoothie. This healthy smoothie recipe is easy to make in just a few minutes— just toss all the ingredients into a blender and you’ll be enjoying a glass of sunshine in no time! ☀️

 
 

INGREDIENTS:

 
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 1/2 Zucchini (chopped and peeled, frozen)

  • 1 1/2 tsps Ginger (fresh, minced)

  • 1 tsp Turmeric

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a glass and stir to combine. Garnish with lemon slices, if using. Enjoy!
