Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
🍨This mint chocolate chip ice cream couldn’t be easier! Frozen bananas are the perfect upgrade for making the most amazing creamy ice cream. This simple homemade ice cream recipe is a real treat and perfect alternative to regular ice cream. 🍌
INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 2)
2 Banana (sliced and frozen)
1/4 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 3/4 ozs Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cacao, roughly chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add frozen bananas and fresh mint to food processor and blend. Occasionally scrape down the sides and continue to blend until smooth (approximately 3 to 5 minutes).
Stir in the chopped chocolate.
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately as soft serve or for firmer ice cream, place in an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before scooping.
