2021 Holiday Gift Guide
Tis the season for love and giving! I’ve compiled some of my most favorite things that would be great for YOUR list or for the loved ones ON your list. I also asked my team to contribute their favorite gift ideas this year. So fun! Enjoy and let me know your favorites or any other suggestions you have!
Prayer/Blessing Beads
I love using these during my prayer time. They help me stay focused as I pray for people and needs one bead at a time. Perfect for your friend, mom, neighbor or hostess/housewarming gift.

Whipped Cream Dispenser
This dispenser makes it so easy to whip up some whipped cream! Have it handy for your desserts, coffee or berries. I’ve made it with coconut milk too but had the best luck with my favorite Aroy-D brand. Make sure to refrigerate it first.
The dispensers require N20 chargers which you have to buy separately. (you use one per batch of whipped cream).

Beautycounter Mini Must-Haves
These made the list last year too. Because I use them EVERY DAY! If you haven’t tried cleaner beauty products yet, now is the perfect time. A great way to try or to travel with these daily musts! Includes:
Countertime Tripeptide Radiance Serum
Counter+ All Bright C Serum
Counter+ Overnight Resurfacing Peel

Camelbak
Camelbaks are water backpacks that are great for the active person in your life! My husband and I recently got new ones for our hike in Taos. I also took mine on a hike in Arizona and use it when I go on long walks. My hubs has been using his for years when he goes mountain biking. I upgraded his to one with more room. This would be great for active and athletic kids too!
I recommend one that holds 100 oz of water. This is the one I have. This is the one I got for my husband.
Earthrunners
These are “earthing” sandals. They allow you to get the benefits of earthing even when you’re wearing shoes! Earthing supports healthy circadian rhythm, cortisol regulation, better sleep and lower inflammation. I try to wear mine as much as possible when the weather permits. Click here to find them.
Books
There are three books that really stood out to me this year and two are cookbooks!
My husband and I listened to this on Audible and it’s what gave us the final push to hike and summit the highest peak in New Mexico. I bought the hard copy so that my son and I could read it together.
Ever notice how The French have traditionally eaten lots of butter, cheese, cream, meat and wine and, yet, stay slim and healthy? The Bordeaux Kitchen is a gorgeous book full of recipes, wine pairings and traditional eating wisdom. The chapters include information about family food organization, meal planning, meal timing, kitchen must-haves, and more. It includes grain-free and dairy-free modifications and includes wine pairing suggestions. The recipes are simple but delicious and you will learn why embracing the French approach to food and lifestyle is both healthy and chic. This beautiful book paired with a lovely bottle of wine would make an amazing gift!
I had so much fun interviewing Cassy Joy Garcia of Fed and Fit for the podcast. My family has loved everything I’ve cooked from this cookbook!
Team Picks
Rebecca ~ Operations Manager
I finally found something that holds all of my daily supplements! This makes it easy!
Tons of little, tiny crosses & other “trendy” designs. I love that the owner regularly contributes proceeds to a worthy charity! In my opinion, a great way to pass along the blessings at Christmas!
Carly ~ Clinical Education Manager
Hydroflask and LMNT Electrolytes
I use my Hydroflask 32 oz to keep my water or electrolytes cold throughout the day!
LMNT electrolytes have been a lifesaver for my lifelong fatigue and struggle to stay hydrated post-exercise. It also helps keep my chronically low blood pressure from dipping too low, especially when eating lower carb. Carbs encourage insulin release which triggers water retention. Highly recommend! The most cost effective place to purchase these is at Thrive Market. But you can also find it at Amazon.
P.S. See one of Lana’s picks for fun Hydroflask stickers!
I love my Bearaby weighted blanket to soothe my brain and body after a busy day! It is machine washable and beautiful, made out of organic cotton and comes with a few options for material! They even have a velvet one- perfect for winter!
Steph ~ Creative Content Manager & Podcast Editor
These are my long-standing favorite pair of slippers made with genuine Australian lambswool.
I love this “high-top” style because they provide the bonus of keeping my ankles warm.
If you have a long winter like I do in Maine, you need a wicked good pair of slippers!
Lana ~ Social Media Manager
One of my favorite purchases this year was Beddy's for each kid. Beddy's are a cross between a fitted sheet and a sleeping bag - Imagine a fitted sheet and comforter all in a zipped up bundle! The fabric is high quality and Minky lined.
The kids think it's fun to zip themselves into bed at night and it is super easy to makeup their beds! Win-Win!
Need stocking stuffers for the kids? Check out these vinyl stickers! They are super cute and waterproof. They can decorate their water cups, notebooks, hydroflasks, computers or lunch boxes!
Kristen ~ Chief Financial Officer @yourcfo
Without question, my favorite thing is my Nespresso milk frother!
What do you think? What’s your favorite? Comment below and let me know. I’d also love to hear any suggestions that you have!
For even more ideas: Check out my list from last year. I still LOVE everything on it too! Especially this- which is one of my most favorite Christmas decorations ever!
