Episode 266: The Benefits of GLP-1s and Peptide Therapy with Dr Stephanie Rimka
The peptide world seemed to explode onto the scene with the popularity of GLP-1s (like Ozempic) for weight loss. Although there can be abuse of application and poor guidance around peptide use, there’s no denying how helpful they can be when used appropriately.
In this week’s episode, peptide expert Dr. Stephanie Rimka is explaining the benefits of GLP-1s and peptide therapy. Come listen for important insight on who’s a good candidate for peptides and the best way to utilize them!

Episode 265: Finding Grace After Abortion with Robin Gerblick
One day when we were sitting by the pool at a ranch resort in Arizona, Robin, the founder and visionary of @exoduswomensretreat, shared her story with me. What I heard was not jiving with the beautiful, elegant, successful woman of God sitting before me. A string of failed marriages, two abortions, a deep lack of confidence in identity…my jaw dropped on my pool chair as she unraveled her past. Little did I know I just got a small piece of the story that day and didn’t know the full extent of it until she recently released her book Giving Up Grace.
Robin is on the podcast this week to share her story in hopes that it will save a life and lead others to Life - the grace, forgiveness and healing that she found in Jesus.
Listen in to hear the raw, gripping, emotional truth that ultimately leads to hope and true love.

In this week’s episode we’re shining the light on a critical, yet somewhat controversial, mineral that we need for every cell in our body. Dr. David Brownstein is a well-respected expert on iodine who has used it to successfully address thyroid conditions in his medical practice. He highlights the fact that, while the thyroid may need the highest concentration of iodine in the body, the second highest concentration is the breast followed by the ovaries as third. Food signals
Fat storage & fat burning
